Feeding Ohio’s Families and Children
First Lady Fran DeWine was joined by country music superstar Luke Bryan at the 2023 First Lady’s Luncheon to support families and children who face hunger throughout the state of Ohio.
Like First Lady DeWine, Luke Bryan is an advocate for fighting hunger throughout the U.S. This year marks Luke Bryan’s 14th year hosting his Farm Tour, which supports America’s farming community, as well as those facing food insecurity.
Ohio First Lady Fran DeWine is passionate about sharing her love of cooking. She has hosted many cooking classes with children at the Ohio Governor’s Residence and Heritage Garden, as well as the Ohio State Fair. She’s passionate about educating children on where their food comes from, and giving children the knowledge and resources to make informed choices about nutrition.
